Back-to-School Shoe Drive

The Local Lift is partnering with The Elizabeth Coalition to House the Homeless and St. Joseph Social Service Center to provide brand-new black school sneakers to children and families in Elizabeth, NJ.

For many families, back-to-school shopping is a financial burden. Together, we can make sure every child starts the school year with the confidence they deserve. Brand-new black sneakers are preferred to meet school uniform requirements.

3 Ways to Give

Donate a Pair: Choose a size from our sign up list, buy new black sneakers, and drop them off by August 15.

Make a Monetary Donation: Your donation helps us purchase the exact sizes needed so every child gets a pair that fits.

Drop-off Location: Contact us for drop-off locations or to arrange a pickup.
